RAUCHENSTEIN CONSULTING GROUP
PETE RAUCHENSTEIN, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Pete
Rauchenstein began his church fund raising career in 1988 with a nationally
recognized firm. Drawn toward serving the church, Pete combined his
business, accounting, sales and sales management backgrounds with his faith
and understanding of stewardship to develop a distinct campaign approach.
His giftings include administrations, a keen understanding of human nature,
the ability to inspire confidence in colleagues and campaign leadership, and
a contagious, "can do" spirit.
Pete's career assignments and clients have centered primarily on local
churches and church related organizations including parochial schools and
diocesan and conferencewide appeals. He has personally directed over 20
successful individual church capital campaigns for many denominations
including Episcopal, Methodist, Lutheran and Catholic causes. Over $40
million have been pledged for capital needs by churches and organizations
with Pete's guidance.
Serving churches beginning in 1999 as Rauchenstein & Associates, he has
chosen to continue this focus founding Rauchenstein Consulting Group as a
firm dedicated exclusively to providing capital campaign counsel to the
church and church causes.
A 1976 honors graduate of The Ohio State University, Pete earned a Bachelor
of Science in Business Administration degree and majored in accounting.
He married Kathy Palasek of Mansfield, Ohio
in 1977, and together raised four children, the youngest still residing at
home.
